Deputy SENCO 30 hours per week, term time only Grade 6 Point 25 (£36,363 per annum pro rata), actual salary £24,833 per annum Required ASAP We are seeking a committed, compassionate and highly organised Deputy SENCO to join our dedicated inclusion team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional who is passionate about supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to achieve their full potential. The Role: Working closely with the SENCO and senior leadership team, the successful candidate will help lead and coordinate high-quality SEND provision across the school. You will play a key role in ensuring pupils receive effective support, staff are well guided, and families feel valued and included. The successful candidate would ideally have some experience of working in a secondary school or working in youth services, however, a commitment to learn and a willingness to engage positively with young people is essential.
