Deputy Safeguarding Officer

The role: Deputy Safeguarding Officer Grade and salary: Grade 6: £30,609 - £33,862 actual salary per annum Working pattern: 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year Contract term: Permanent The School: Ashfield School is renowned for high standards of teaching, behaviour and academic achievement. The role: Ashfield School are looking to appoint a Deputy Safeguarding Officer to join their existing safeguarding team. This role will require you to have previous experience working as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead or Safeguarding Officer. The role will include liaising with social services, CAMHS and other external agencies and managing referrals to outside agencies. The role will also include working with the students and families referred by pastoral staff.
