As SJIIS launches its next 3-year strategic plan, we are seeking an outstanding, visionary, and inspirational Deputy Principal (Head of Elementary School) to drive this process and shape the strategic and operational future of the Elementary School. The Role & Opportunity This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious international leader to guide our Elementary School through its next phase of growth. You will lead a dedicated team across international primary frameworks, including the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), Singapore Maths, and Read Write Inc, while embedding Project-Based Learning (PBL), personalised student support, and purposeful educational technology. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Drive the delivery of the new 3-year strategic plan and lead international accreditation self-evaluations (ISQM, CIS, FOBISIA). Academic Excellence: Oversee primary curriculum innovation, data-informed differentiation, SEN/EAL inclusion, and digital citizenship. Talent Development: Lead recruitment, talent retention, middle leadership coaching, and staff appraisal frameworks across the ES. Safeguarding & Culture: Serve as Assistant Designated Safeguarding Lead (ADSL) to ensure robust pastoral care, student wellbeing, and child protection. Community Engagement: Build collaborative relationships with parents (PSG), senior leadership, and the wider school community.
