Lead and coordinate day-to-day site operations
Supervise and support a caretaking team
Ensure the site is safe, compliant, and fully operational
Oversee maintenance, repairs, and contractors
Manage health & safety checks and compliance processes
Support school lettings and community use
Step up as Deputy to the Premises Manager
You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving—problem-solving, organising, and making things happen.
What You’ll Bring
· Experience in premises, facilities or caretaking roles
· Confidence leading or supervising a team
· Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance
· Hands-on skills in maintenance and repairs
· Ability to prioritise, organise and respond to challenges
· A calm, reliable and solutions-focused approach
IOSH or similar qualification (or willingness to gain) required.
