As Deputy Headteacher for Pastoral Care, you will take strategic and operational responsibility for the entire Pastoral Care system across the academy. You will lead, inspire, and manage a large pastoral team, providing rigorous strategic and operational oversight to drive high performance standards across this substantial department.
Your primary focus will be ensuring every student feels safe, valued, and that they belong, with a particular focus on how this positive learning culture directly drives and impacts Key Stage 4 outcomes and maximises overall student academic success.
We are looking for a visible, dynamic senior leader who models outstanding classroom practice and possesses the emotional resilience to navigate the challenges of senior leadership.
