THE DEPUTY HEADTEACHER will enjoy the freedom to drive initiatives, lead on staff and curriculum development, create new fundraising and outreach opportunities, market the school as a leading force in Marine Science and Blue Education and most importantly, change the lives of young people here in Lüderitz and beyond. Qualifications PGCE or international equivalent teaching qualification Experience in international school leadership (middle or senior). Proven commitment to child wellbeing and safeguarding Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in your subject or a relevant field. Personal Qualities Passion for working to improve the lives of young people Integrity, resilience, and adaptability Strong problem-solving, and decision-making skills Fluency in spoken and written English Excellent organisational, communication, and teamwork skills Flexible, adaptable, positive mindset, and love of nature
