Deputy Headteacher

High Grange School is seeking an ambitious, inspirational and values-driven Deputy Headteacher to help lead the next stage of our journey. Working alongside the Principal and Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our school, leading strategic developments across Post-16 Education, Preparation for Adulthood, Attendance and Behaviour whilst contributing to every aspect of whole-school leadership. Through our distinctive ACE & Independence ethos, integrated Multi-Disciplinary Team and ambitious curriculum, we support autistic children and young people aged 5–19 to develop the confidence, communication and independence needed to lead fulfilling adult lives. As Deputy Headteacher, you will provide strategic leadership across the school whilst driving one of our most exciting priorities: the continued development of our Post-16 provision. You will help shape an ambitious curriculum, strengthen Preparation for Adulthood, expand vocational and employability opportunities and build partnerships that transform the life chances of our students.
