The Role

We are looking for an outstanding practitioner and aspiring senior leader who:

Has a proven track record of raising standards and improving outcomes.

Demonstrates excellent teaching and learning practice.

Can inspire, motivate and develop others.

Has high expectations for achievement, behaviour and inclusion.

Builds strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.

The successful candidate will undertake a significant leadership role alongside a 70% teaching commitment, likely within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
