INTRODUCTION: SNA Marianapolis International School – Bien Hoa Campus is the first fully international school in Bien Hoa city and Dong Nai province and the second member of the SNA International Schools System, which is operated under Nguyen Hoang Education Cooperation. The school began the first school year in 2021 and currently has more than 500 students. Position Overview The Deputy Head of School serves as a key member of the school's senior leadership team and works closely with the Head of School to provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership across the K–12 division. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, fostering a positive school culture, supporting faculty development, and ensuring the effective implementation of the school's mission and vision. This position requires an experienced educational leader with a strong understanding of international education, instructional leadership, curriculum implementation, and school operations. Experience with the Advanced Placement (AP) program is highly desirable.
