Deputy Head of School (Equivalent to Head of Year)

Varndean School requires an enthusiastic, committed and outstanding Deputy Head of School (head of year equivalent) to work closely with the Head of School to lead one of our 5 small schools. This is a full time position offered for one year as maternity cover. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and committed pastoral leader to join a well established, collaborative and highly successful team. For teaching staff the post carries a TLR2c (equivalent TLR 2.1) £8,611. The support staff salary is Grade SO1/2 spinal point 23 - £34,434 - £39, 152 pro rata, actual starting salary £29,831.
