Deputy Head (Enrichment)

Wycombe Abbey School Changzhou is a prestigious British curriculum school located in China, committed to providing an outstanding education that nurtures academic excellence and personal growth. We are seeking a Deputy Head (Enrichment) to join our team. The Deputy Head (Enrichment) is a senior whole-school leadership role responsible for building a coherent enrichment function across ECAs, school-level trips, expeditions, camps, major events, assemblies, calendar planning, effective systems usage and quality assurance beyond the classroom. The postholder will ensure that enrichment is ambitious, safe, well communicated and properly organised. They will connect the school effectively with Group CET while ensuring that school-level planning, approval, risk management, staffing, delivery and review are owned within the school. This is a role for a highly organised, outward-facing and professionally assured leader who combines calm authority with warmth, cultural intelligence, operational grip and a strong sense of service.
