What we offer: A welcoming and inclusive school community Private health care and wellbeing packages Opportunities for professional development and leadership experience The chance to make a real difference in a small school environment Key responsibilities: Deputising for the Headteacher and providing senior leadership Oversight of whole-school compliance (safeguarding, health & safety, GDPR, statutory reporting) Leading on behaviour, attendance, and personal development Line-managing staff and supporting their professional growth Supporting curriculum development and quality of education Monitoring pupil progress and using data to drive improvement Maintaining strong communication with governors, parents, and external agencies Contributing to the reintegration and pastoral support of pupils Leading on safer recruitment and staff training What we’re looking for: Qualified teacher with senior leadership experience Strong track record in compliance and safeguarding Experience of line-managing staff and leading improvement Excellent communication and organisational skills Calm, resilient, and committed to inclusion Experience in a special school or SEMH setting Falcons Learning (Goole, DN14) is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
