About this role
Following the promotion of Mark Sully to Headmaster at Warminster School from September 2026, the School seeks to appoint a dynamic and strategic academic leader to inspire pupils and staff across the School. The Deputy Head (Academic) reports to the Headmaster and forms part of the Executive Team and Leadership Team and will, alongside the Head, set the strategic direction for all aspects of academic life at Warminster. The successful candidate will have the ability to see the bigger picture as well as the fine detail, and to earn and maintain the respect of staff, pupils and parents. As a member of the Executive and Leadership Teams, the Deputy Head (Academic) will contribute to the wider operations of Warminster School, including a commitment to the boarding and co-curricular life of this thriving school.
