Data and Outcomes Analyst

At Octavia House Schools, we have a passionate team delivering high quality trauma-centred therapeutic education, supporting and building relationships with pupils who have adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, as well as other associated special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Octavia House Schools have been leading the way in therapeutic education since 2012. Recent Independent School Inspectorate's routine and material change inspections of our London and Essex schools were successful and highlighted a rare significant strength. This is in addition to our previous Outstanding Ofsted reports which demonstrate the strength of our provision across all sites and the success of our specialist therapeutic approach. As our organisation continues to grow from five specialist schools to ten, we are establishing a new Data & Outcomes function and are looking for an experienced and analytical Data & Outcomes Analyst to join our Head Office team from November 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a brand-new function and play a key role in how we use data to drive strategic decision-making, demonstrate impact and support the continued growth of our organisation. You will lead on collecting, analysing and presenting data across referrals, placements, pupil outcomes, school performance, workforce, finance and organisational KPIs. You will also support the development of an organisation-wide Outcomes Framework, producing meaningful insight that informs school improvement, strategic planning, marketing, commissioning and future site development. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys analysing complex data, identifying trends, developing reporting systems and working collaboratively with senior leaders to improve outcomes for children and young people.
