Part Time - 0.6 FTE: 22.2 hours per week
We are looking for a friendly, organised, welcoming individual who is also passionate about customer service to join our Admissions team.
As the face of the College, you will support reception, admissions, switchboard, and student enquiries - both in person and online.
You’ll also play a key role in maintaining accurate data, supporting events like open days and interviews, and helping students through their application journey.
You’ll be involved in a range of administrative tasks including taking payments, issuing College IDs, and assisting with transport and parking queries.
The successful candidate will have, strong communication and IT skills, experience in administration or customer service, a flexible, team-focused attitude and confidence working under pressure and meeting deadlines
