The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and committed Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) to join us the RAK Academy Khuzam School. This key role will be the first point of call for visitors to the school, parents, staff and children. As the ‘face’ of the school, the CLO will be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the school in a professional and friendly manner. The role demands high levels of organization, and the ability to multi-task, work flexibly and have a ‘can do’ approach to work, as the role involves managing administrative tasks while ensuring a strong focus on customer service and interface as a priority. Collaboration with marketing, sales, admissions and administration teams is vital and the ability to communicate positively with a range of stakeholders is crucial.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Functional Responsibilities
To be the first point of contact for visitors to the school, extending a warm welcome to callers– including parents, visitors, contractors and delivery staff.
To provide strong support for customers (parents) in finding solutions and actively supporting the sales and enrolment team to support the growth of the school through enrolments success.
To effectively manage all communication including phone, in-person, online and email ensuring timely and efficient completion of all required actions in relation to customer requests and requirements.
Follow safeguarding procedures by issuing passes and lanyards to visitors, ensuring that visitors are signed into the school and checking relevant information for visitors.
