London East Alternative Provision (LEAP) is a highly successful, high-achieving, inner-city school, delivering transformative education to 265 young people of all ages from Primary through KS3, KS4 and to Post-16 across three sites. We are proud to support some of the most vulnerable and hard-to-reach learners in our community.
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Curriculum Leader for English who is ambitious for young people, committed to inclusive practice and passionate about improving outcomes for disadvantaged pupils. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, hardworking and inspirational leader our team and play a key role in the next stage of LEAP’s development.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of, and commitment to, the LEAP vision, ethos and values. They will bring the leadership, experience, integrity and compassion needed to help transform lives, support colleagues and ensure that every student is empowered to make informed choices and go on to lead a successful life.
