What you'll be doing As International Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Cranleigh International’s strategic growth by: Conducting financial and commercial analysis to support decision-making and expansion. Developing detailed financial models and business cases for new ventures, partnerships, and investments. Managing financial administration, including royalty payments, partner invoicing, and cost reimbursements. Evaluating, negotiating, and implementing new school projects and partnerships. Preparing comprehensive financial reports for the CESL Board and senior leadership. Coordinating due diligence processes and supporting contract negotiations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with international partners and stakeholders. Representing Cranleigh International at sector events and staying informed about trends in international education. Ensuring compliance with data protection, safeguarding, and organisational policies. What we're looking for Essential: Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in finance, business, or commercial management. Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills. Proven experience in commercial, financial, or business development roles. Knowledge of the international education sector.
