You’ll step into classrooms during short-term teacher absence, keeping students focused, engaged and motivated as they work through pre-prepared lessons. We are seeking someone who has:

Experience of working with young people, ideally in a school or similar environment.

Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Confidence using ICT and the ability to follow and deliver set work across a range of subjects.

The ability to build rapport, remain calm under pressure and manage behaviour positively.

Good literacy and numeracy, with GCSE English and Maths (A*–C or equivalent).

A flexible, proactive approach and a commitment to safeguarding and supporting students’ success.
