Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a passionate Cover Supervisor that can contribute to the development of strategies to improve learning outcomes to enable pupils to achieve their best. This post is a permanent role for 29 hours and 10 minutes per week, term time only. Monday to Friday 8:50am to 3:30pm. James Bateman Middle School is a “good school” (Ofsted – July 2023). We are now well on our way to being outstanding. We encourage all pupils to be the best that they can be, seeing each individual as unique, with their own strengths and areas to improve. Our pupils enjoy their lessons; they are inspired to be inquisitive about their learning. Staff have high expectations of all pupils and provide challenge that enables them to realise their potential. The successful candidate will have experience of working with KS2/KS3 pupils. You will be joining an experienced and rapidly developing team responsible for supporting pupils across all areas of the curriculum. You will have knowledge and understanding of supporting a wide range of special educational needs in a mainstream school.
