Cover Supervisor

Salary: Grade 7, Point 13 -17, £18,587 - £19,899 pro-rata (£26,873 - £28,770 FTE) Contract: Term time only plus two INSET days Term: Permanent Hours: 30 per week - We are happy to consider requests for flexible working Starting date: October, 2026 by negotiation Reporting to: Cover Manager We have an exciting opportunity for a cover supervisor to join us to work with our wonderful students and friendly, supportive staff. The cover supervisor primary role is to manage classroom behaviour, introduce set cover work and support students with their learning in the absence of the classroom teacher. The successful candidate will be organised, flexible and reliable, with the ability to work with students and to command their respect in a professional and appropriate way. The role will be flexible to include supporting individual or groups of students and assisting specific departments with routine administrative tasks. A comprehensive induction programme and training would be provided. The successful applicant will be working alongside our existing Cover Supervisors and our Cover Manager.
