Cover Supervisor

We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning by supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff. Working under the guidance of Teachers and Senior Leaders, the Cover Supervisor will ensure pupils remain engaged in purposeful learning activities, follow the lesson plans provided, and make progress towards the intended learning objectives. A strong focus on pupil welfare, inclusion, and positive behaviour is central to this role.
