You will confidently lead whole-class learning in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring continuity of learning and a purposeful classroom environment. Your presence will support students to remain engaged, focused, and motivated. Our ideal candidate will: Foster a positive and productive learning environment where all students feel supported. Be a confident and reflective practitioner with strong behaviour management skills. Set high expectations and act as a positive role model, consistently demonstrating the attitudes, values, and behaviours we expect of our students. Build effective relationships with students and staff to support learning across a range of subjects. Requirements: To apply for the Cover Supervisor opportunity, you will: Hold a minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (A–C / 4+). Have experience of working with young people, ideally in an educational setting. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be willing to engage in relevant training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
