Hodge Hill College is seeking to appoint a highly organised, professional and proactive Headteacher's PA and Cover Manager to join our dedicated support staff team.
This is a pivotal role within the school, providing high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Headteacher whilst leading on the day-to-day management of staff cover arrangements across the school.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for senior leaders, governors, staff and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. They will also ensure the effective deployment of cover staff to support the smooth operation of the school and minimise disruption to learning.
