We seek to appoint a highly personable and well-organised individual, with strong administrative skills, to join the Bursary in the role of full time during term time Cover and HR Assistant from September 2026. The appointed candidate will provide support for a wide variety of administrative tasks within the Bursar’s Office. They will be based in the HR Office with a primary focus on cover for staff absence. The post-holder will need to be exceptionally professional and must be able to work with a high level of accuracy. Although specific qualifications are not required, the ability to follow strict procedures, pay attention to detail and appreciate the need for confidentiality at all times will be essential attributes of applicants. Experience of cover and/or HR processes would be desirable. Previous experience in the educational or public sector setting would be advantageous. Due to the nature of the role, the start time is fixed to start by 7.30am, however the finish time is negotiable.
