The successful candidate will have: • A Bachelor of Education (BEd) or a relevant degree with PGCE/PGDE (or equivalent teaching qualification) • Proven experience teaching Construction at GCSE and A Level • A genuine passion for curriculum innovation, sustainability, and student engagement • Strong IT and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students and parents
