We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic College SEND Teacher/Instructor to join our team on a fixed-term basis. The Role As a College SEND Teacher/Instructor, you will: Deliver creative and inclusive teaching across a range of subjects and curriculum pathways. Create structured, supportive learning environments that promote engagement, wellbeing and achievement. Adapt teaching and communication approaches to meet individual learning and sensory needs. Support pupils' emotional regulation and development using positive, relational approaches. Monitor and celebrate progress, contributing to EHCP reviews and personalised learning plans. Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, families and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes for learners.
