This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring that our schools remain safe, secure, compliant and well maintained, providing high-quality learning environments where pupils and staff can thrive. Working as part of our Trust-wide Estates Team, the Cluster Building Supervisor forms a key part of our cluster estates model, delivering consistent, professional standards across multiple school sites while building strong relationships with school leaders, staff and external contractors. About the RoleThe Cluster Building Supervisor provides professional, on-site estates support, ensuring that the school environment is safe, secure, compliant and well maintained. The role forms a key part of the cluster estates model, operating to consistent Trust-wide standards and supporting the effective management of school buildings, grounds and facilities. The successful candidate will work across a number of schools, taking responsibility for day-to-day site operations and helping to deliver a safe, welcoming and compliant environment for all users.
