Paxcroft Primary School is seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Class Teacher. As a member of staff within our Trust, you will contribute to a collaborative working environment and play a key role in supporting the learning and development of all pupils.
In this role, the successful candidate will contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging, well-structured learning that supports pupils’ progress while allowing teaching practice to develop and flourish. The post involves fostering a purposeful, inclusive classroom environment where high expectations underpin positive outcomes for all learners. An active role in assessing and responding to pupils’ progress is expected, using this understanding to shape learning in a thoughtful and responsive way. The position requires collaboration with colleagues, support staff, and families, contributing to a professional culture built on shared expertise and continuous improvement. There is an opportunity to engage with the wider life of the school, supporting its ethos while gaining experience across a broad range of priorities and initiatives.
