Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (minimum requirement). - At least 2 years of teaching experience at the elementary level. - Strong knowledge of the US elementary education curriculum standards. - Excellent communication skills with students, parents, and staff. - Ability to create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. - Proficient classroom management skills.
