Our new teacher will:
be passionate about making a positive difference to children’s lives within a culturally diverse community
have the ability to inspire others to learn and develop through collaboration and communication
promote a broad and balanced curriculum that meets all children’s needs
have a creative and innovative approach to both planning and delivering lessons
be resilient, adaptable and able to deal with challenge
be able to teach engaging, appropriately pitched lessons across each Key Stage
have high expectations for all pupils and plan effectively differentiated lessons to support a variety of learning needs
be enthused by team work and will work collaboratively with colleagues in the interests of both the pupils’ and one’s own progression
