Chemistry Technician
Part time / Permanent / Term time only
Salary: £18,643pa, based on 35 hours per week during term time, plus a bank of 35 hours to be
worked during school holidays (0.704FTE) Full time equivalent salary £26,482pa)
Working pattern:
During term-time: Mondays to Fridays 8am – 4pm
Plus a bank of 35 hours to be worked during the school holidays
Start Date: September 2026
We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Chemistry Technician to support our busy and successful Chemistry department. This is a varied and hands-on role, assisting teaching staff with the preparation of practical experiments, maintaining laboratory equipment and chemical supplies, and contributing to the safe and efficient day-to-day running of the department.
