About this role
We are currently seeking to appoint a Chaplain on a part-time basis, who will lead the spiritual life at Bryanston and be a caring pastor at the heart of our community.
The Chaplain will provide compassionate, non-judgmental spiritual and emotional care to individual pupils, families, and staff. Operating as a member of the pastoral team, you will offer grief support, crisis intervention, and facilitate religious or spiritual practices.

Recognising the diverse backgrounds of our pupils, we support an inclusive environment that respects and celebrates different faiths and beliefs.
Bryanston is fortunate to have a beautiful setting for the Chaplaincy in St Martin’s Church, used for Sunday services, weddings and baptisms. In the School, ‘The Sanctuary’ is a multi-faith wellbeing space for all of the Bryanston community to use, with a yoga area, wellbeing library, and a Muslim prayer space.
