Catering Manager

Lincoln Castle Academy are looking to appoint a Catering Manager to join our academy in September 2026 on a permanent, full time basis. Your new role As a Catering Manager you will be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the catering operations at the academy ensuring great quality food and service. You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and service of food to agreed standards and specifications. You will ensure efficient and economic use is made of all resources, including stock, catering staff and company assets. Salary: Grade F Points 14 to 19 (£29,540 to £32,061 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £25,520.47.
