About Oulder Hill Leadership Academy Oulder Hill Leadership Academy is a secondary school for 11 to 16 year olds in Rochdale, which joined Star Academies in March 2022. The ability to provide tuition on the subject to GCSE. The ability to explain concepts clearly and confidently.
