The role:
We are looking to appoint Casual Lifeguards to join our existing team. The role will require you to assist with the efficient and effective supervision of the swimming pool, ensure all safety procedures are being adhered to and provide support to the school as and when required.
The person:
The successful candidate will hold a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or an equivalent recognised qualification. You will have a strong awareness of health and safety practices and the ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in potentially challenging situations.
You will be required to enforce pool safety rules confidently and also provide a high standard of customer service, offering assistance and information to staff, students and visitors while helping to create a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone using the facility.
