Arcadia Global School Al Furjan is seeking to appoint an experienced Cashier to start immediately. The ideal candidate should manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the accounts office.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance or Accounts related qualification is desirable.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within accounts department
Experience working in a similar role within a school is a plus.
Able to multitask and cope with a degree of pressure at peak times.
Knowledge in general accounts office procedures, policies and methods
Experienced in using MS Office with strong excel skills and Financial Software Systems.
Strong verbal and written command of the English language.
Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
Solid communication skills and attention to detail.

Handle cash, credit card or check transactions.
Collecting fees, tuition, and other payments from students, parents, and staff. This involves accurately counting money, processing payments, and providing receipts.
Interacting with students, parents, and staff in a friendly and professional manner. Addressing inquiries about fees, payments, and account balances, and providing assistance with payment options or billing concerns.
Handling & maintaining the petty cash system.
Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
Keep records of transactions.
Responsible for posting daily entries in the accounting software for the collections received during the day.
