Caretaker (Runwell Community Primary School part of the Woodham Hub) Salary: £26,824 – £27,254 | Full-time | 37 hours per week (52 weeks) Love practical work? Want flexibility in your day? Enjoy a Work Pattern That Fits Around Your Life This is a split shift role offering the best of both worlds: Morning shift: 07:00 – 10:30 Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 18:00 Midday break gives you time for life admin, family commitments, or personal interests, ideal if you value flexibility or want to structure your day differently. About the Role As a key member of our site team, you will: Open and secure school buildings Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repairs Complete health & safety checks and site inspections Support events, lettings and school activities Keep grounds clean, safe and well-presented Respond to site issues, alarms and emergencies You will work closely with the Head of School and Premises Manager to keep everything running smoothly.
