William Morris Sixth Form, situated in Hammersmith, was established as the country’s first 16–19 comprehensive school. We offer 850 students from West London and beyond an exciting range of academic and vocational courses from foundation learning through to advanced level. WMSF is an over-subscribed, vibrant, inner-city learning community that has the individual student at the heart of everything it does.
We are looking for a Careers Advisor: Careers Guidance and Data to join us on a part-time basis. In this role, you will:
Assist in the development, organisation and delivery of an aspirational careers guidance and higher education programme and enrichment.
Provide professional career guidance services, including personal guidance interviews, in order to improve students’ skills, knowledge and understanding for career planning and management.
Work with curriculum areas to ensure a high-quality and exciting Pathways Programme is available to all students that promotes aspiration, ambition and employability.

Hours: Part-time, 28.8 hours per week, term-time only + 2 weeks.
