King Henry VIII School is seeking an outstanding Careers Adviser to lead and deliver a high-quality, forward-thinking careers programme. This is a pivotal role, supporting students across the school in navigating key transition points and helping them to realise their aspirations with confidence and clarity.

About the Role
The Careers Adviser plays a vital role in supporting students at all stages of their educational journey. You will deliver a comprehensive programme of careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG), working closely with students, staff, parents and external partners, following the Gatsby Benchmarks.
In this role, you will:
· Provide engaging one-to-one careers guidance to students across the school, particularly in Years 11 and VI Form
· Support students in making informed choices at key transition points, including GCSE, A Level, universit
