Summary
Reporting directly to the Head of Care, and indirectly to the Lead nurse and Therapies Manager, you will provide direct, confidential support to the team
The Care Team Administrator will proactively support senior managers with a variety of tasks, including:
Diary and inbox management.
Supporting divisional meetings with agendas and minute taking.
Working closely with management teams and staff to prepare materials for managers’, ensuring they are fully prepared for all meetings and engagements.
Being the first point of contact visitors and regional partners for the division; both in the office and by phone/ email.

Qualifications
Business Admin Qualification to Level 3 or above
A minimum of 5 years experience
Proven experience in administrative roles within an educational or care setting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous.
Experience working with children or vulnerable groups is preferred.
Effective time management skills.
