Business Teacher

Position Summary Due to the popularity of the subject, Reigate Grammar School Phnom Penh (RGSPP) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Teacher to join our dynamic and growing team. This role involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning across IGCSE and A Level, ensuring that all students develop a love for learning and achieve their full potential. The ability to teach a second subject at KS3 or IGCSE is highly desirable, or experience running BTEC or EPQ qualifications. As a K-12 school, strong links between the Primary and Secondary schools are essential, including teaching and leading on projects with KS2 classes. Role Expectations: I. Teaching Related Responsibilities • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in Business Studies at IGCSE, A Level and BTEC as the department expands. • Be flexible in supporting teaching across other subjects such as Humanities, PSHE, EPQ, Electives, and Sports, as required. • Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote an inclusive learning environment. • Foster creativity, inquiry-based learning, and problem-solving skills among students. • Adapt teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and needs. • Engage with parents and carers to support students’ academic progress and well-being. • Teach (or are available for Private Study supervision or cover) a set timetable per week. • Accept and take on responsibilities within their department as reasonably required, such as assisting with the setting and marking of internal examinations, entrance examinations, and scholarship assessments as required, including the recording of results. • Set and mark work in accordance with school and department policies, giving constructive feedback from appropriate tasks, and maintain accurate records of pupils’ attainment and academic progress, writing assessments and reports on pupils as required. • Attend Parents’ Briefings, and communicate w
