We are seeking a confident, proactive and highly organised Business Support Officer – Attendance to join our Lower School team. This is a key role at the heart of our pastoral and administrative operations, supporting excellent attendance and ensuring our students are set up to succeed.

You will play a central role in managing attendance for Key Stage 3, including:
Handling daily absence notes, emails and phone calls
Updating SIMS accurately and efficiently
Contacting parents and carers regarding student absence
Supporting the organisation of lateness, behaviour processes, detentions and isolation registers
Ensuring smooth, well‑coordinated administrative systems across the Upper School
This is a role where your organisation, communication and attention to detail will directly support students’ wellbeing and progress.
