About this role
Significant experience in a busy administrative environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Excellent communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong ICT skills, including Office 365
Experience using MIS systems (e.g. SIMS or Arbor)
Ability to analyse data and maintain accurate records
Strong understanding of compliance, confidentiality and safeguarding
Ability to work independently
