About this role
Who we are:
Bellver College is a non-denominational, co-educational day school. Founded in 1950, Bellver is the longest established privately owned British school in Spain. The school is currently responsible for the education of around 200 children, from 3 to 18 years old. We cater for children of both the local community and the international community of Mallorca. Due to our one-form-entry system, the number of students in each form rarely exceeds 20.
The college is situated close to the beach (opposite to the King of Spain's summer palace) in a residential area 3 km from the centre of Palma de Mallorca. Thanks to its location and climate, Mallorca is one of the most vibrant islands in the Mediterranean, being both culturally and economically active all year round.
The position:
The school is looking to appoint a qualified, enthusiastic and experienced Business Studies teacher to start in September 2026.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach the subject across Key Stages 4 and 5, display and promote excellence in teaching and learning, and have the ability to inspire pupils. A solid knowledge of IGCSE and International A Levels’ curriculum is essential. Ability to teach the subject of Travel & Tourism is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Further information regarding the position may be found in the documents attached to this advert.
