About the RoleThe A Level and GCSE Business Studies Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality Business Studies lessons, primarily at IGCSE, AS Level and A Level, ensuring excellent standards of teaching, learning and student achievement. The successful candidate will: Deliver inspiring and academically rigorous Business Studies lessons at IGCSE, AS Level and A Level. Design engaging learning experiences that enable students to apply business theory to real-world organisations, markets and contemporary case studies. Develop students’ knowledge and understanding of areas such as enterprise, marketing, finance, operations, human resources and business strategy. Support students in developing strong analytical, evaluative, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Prepare students effectively for internal assessments and external Cambridge International examinations. Track, assess and support student progress and attainment. Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment. Contribute to curriculum planning and the continued development of Business Studies within the school.
