Business & Individuals and Societies Teacher (IB & BTEC)

We are seeking an outstanding and versatile Business & Individuals and Societies Teacher to join our dynamic secondary team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to teach across a diverse and high-quality curriculum, including: IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) Business Management IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) Individuals & Societies (Business/Economics) BTEC International Level 3 Business Ministry Subjects (MSCs), where applicable What We Are Looking For We are looking for a teacher who: Has experience teaching IBDP Business Management and/or MYP Individuals & Societies and BTEC International Business Demonstrates strong understanding of inquiry-based and student-centred learning Can adapt teaching to meet the needs of a diverse student cohort Is committed to high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment Brings energy, creativity, and a collaborative approach to the team Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across IB and BTEC programmes Plan and assess in line with IB and Pearson standards Support students with coursework, including Internal Assessments and BTEC portfolios Monitor student progress and implement targeted interventions Contribute to curriculum development and interdisciplinary learning Participate fully in school life, including pastoral responsibilities and co-curricular activities Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent) Experience in an IB or BTEC curriculum school IB and/or BTEC training (desirable) What We Offer A vibrant, multicultural working environment in Dubai Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development Access to IB and BTEC professional development Competitive salary and benefits package (tax-free) Safeguarding Commitment We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all students.
