At Lady Eleanor Holles School, one of the UK's leading independent schools, we're looking for a Building Services Manager to take ownership of our building services, compliance and technical projects across a beautiful 24-acre campus. This is your opportunity to step into a broader management role without losing the technical side of the job you enjoy. You'll lead planned maintenance, manage contractors, drive statutory compliance and deliver projects that genuinely improve the estate. But this isn't just a desk-bound compliance role. When something unexpected happens, you'll still enjoy getting out on site, solving problems and using your technical knowledge to keep the school running smoothly. You'll work alongside an Estates Manager who understands building services, a supportive Facilities Manager and an outstanding Maintenance Supervisor. You might already be a Building Services Engineer, M&E Supervisor, Technical Services Supervisor, Maintenance Manager or Hard Services Facilities Manager who's ready for the next step. We're not looking for someone who knows everything. We're looking for someone who's technically confident, practical, organised and ready to take ownership
