About this role

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Boathouse Manager/Assistant Rowing Coach to join Bryanston. Reporting to the Head of Rowing, you will be responsible for maintenance of the school boats, managing the boat bays, servicing the well-equipped boathouse and its equipment, and supporting the coaching of rowing across all year groups. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of managing and maintaining a boathouse, workshop and boats and have excellent boat maintenance and repair skills. A practical understanding of rowing, including knowledge of water safety, is desirable, along with strong communication and organisational skills.
