For the start of the September 2026 school year, we are looking for a passionate and innovative Librarian / Media Specialist to join our team and bring this space to life within a resolutely multicultural environment.
🧳 Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the school management and working in close collaboration with the teaching teams, your main responsibilities will be to foster students' independence in their research and manage the High School’s documentary resources:
Pedagogical Support & Methodology: Guide and support students in their complex research needs, particularly those preparing for the French International Baccalaureate (BFI) and the International Baccalaureate (IB).
Educational Workshops: Design and lead training sessions for students (information literacy, source evaluation, media and information literacy).
Collection Management: Rigorously organize, enrich, and update the library's physical (books, magazines) and digital collections.
Resource Provision & Monitoring: Facilitate access to information (print and digital), monitor online platforms, and manage the library database.
Cultural Animation: Energize the library by implementing reading promotion projects, including reading contests and literary challenges for high school students.

You are an information professional recognized for your welcoming approach, rigor, and creativity.
Technical Skills: You have a perfect command of library techniques (indexing, cataloging, circulation management) and a mandatory proficiency in library database management tools (BCDI / Esidoc).
